The History, The Goals, and Culture of One Stop Communication
One Stop Communications was formed by brothers who all have a vast successful experience in retail, customer service, Financial Management and Technology.
With our individual backgrounds, we are concern about the importance of great and satisfactory service, reasonable prices, and a repeating great experience at all times. This brought us more closely together and so we talked and walked the idea of complete satisfaction for all services we provide. This have became the focal theme that united us in putting together all our exclusive and collective talents and experiences together as one. Right away, the birth of the idea of One Stop Communications came to being. We went live to public in March, 2010.
At One Stop Communications, we all realized how beautiful and professional it is to be treated correctly with integrity and fairly with a passion of great service. Everyday, we challenge ourselves in creating an avenue to completely satisfy each and everyone that works in our store. This includes taking the opportunity of changing a dissatisfied customer from other place else to a completely satisfied one. With this, no one should be out of our store dissatisfied. We are willing and desire to go beyond limits in satisfying all of our patrons.
Our future goal is to transcend this noble task of completely satisfying everyone that comes within our reach to the continent of Africa. In light of coming from that background, we are in tune of The Gambia for example. There is a dire need of many and especially the services that we offer here in One Stop Communications.
